REPORT ABSENCE

Please call 07722 520 765 for on-the-day absences.

Alternatively, add your name, email address and preferred contact and we’ll call back on Mondays or Wednesdays between 5 and 6 pm. This is excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas closures.

Absence Policy

All non-notified or short-notice absences will be charged at the normal rate of £50 unless due to a genuine emergency.

Holidays will be charged at a £25 place fee.

Absences for attending appointments etc will be charged at £20 per session.

If the absence is unplanned (e.g. admission to hospital/illness) every effort should be made to let Open Door 1 LTD know as soon as possible. Open Door 1 still charges for the service for one session at £50 per session.

If the period of unplanned absence is longer than one week, the user shall pay a £25 place fee for retaining their place for services that would otherwise have been provided during that time. After the first week, the £25 per session payments will be due until the unplanned absence ends and the user resumes accessing the service, or until the service is terminated. If Open Door 1 CIC is unable to provide a service and has not informed the user previously, the user will not be charged on the date of the invoice.
